CONTERVERSEY AT THE FLORIDA STATE USBC WOMEN BOWLING ASSOCIATION
The state board has removed Mimi Lambert from the position of State President.

The women's state board has tabled discussions of merging with the Florida State USBC Bowling Association even though the state delegates in May, 2006 voted 203 - 81 to merge.  Mimi is an advocate of merging the men, women and youth at the state level.  There in lies the problem. The national USBC encourages all state associations to merge, as they have.  Todate 20 states have merged associations, including California and Texas.

Mimi Lambert is appealing the ruling to the national USBC.
